Project Manager - Land Development:
To work within the Community Development department based in Jacksonville, Florida. Salary is competitive and based on experience.

The firm has a wide range of private and public and land development projects. Their projects include industrial, commercial, public works, parks, utility, and residential. Projects usually involve multiple disciplines and go from conceptual planning through construction.

Experience required:
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Civil Design Engineering experience and current technical knowledge (e.g. CAD, ICPR)
  • Manages range of public and private land development projects from planning thru construction
  • Land development and permitting
  • Project management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Managing and mentoring junior staff
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with team, clients and stakeholders including public officials and laypersons
  • Full driver's license
