We are looking for a motivated and experienced Community Liaison to join our team and help us strengthen our relationships within the community while ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote the agency’s services.
  • Conduct community outreach activities to raise awareness about the agency’s services and programs.
  • Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for community partners, clients, and their families, addressing inquiries and providing information about available services.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, community feedback, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
  • Conduct supervisory visits to caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance with agency standards.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any service gaps.
Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a community liaison, outreach, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local community and healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
