Call Dad AC and Heating offers great benefits including weekly pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k, and paid vacation and sick time Healthcare benefits begin after only 30 days. 

Upon completion of training, job duties include: 
  • Support customers through calls, text, web chat, or email. 
  • Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home. 
  • Use software to input service requests accurately and in available time slots. 
  • Communicate with the appropriate department about any customer concerns or anything that should be followed up with by a location. 
  • Assist in scheduling visits for Family First Plan members. 
  • Make outbound calls to ensure our field staff stays busy during slower times. 
  • Sell and renew maintenance agreements. 
  • Participate in ongoing training on objection handling, empathy, and call booking. 
  • Deescalate customer complaints or escalate to appropriate contact. 
  • Maintain a call booking rate of 92% 

Minimum Job Requirements: 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Excellent work ethic 
  • Cheerful phone voice
