What You Get to Do:
- Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
- Follow all recipes and production specifications.
- Knowledge and execution of menus.
- Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
- Participate as a team member with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, FOH, and all other pertinent Associates in ensuring an efficiently run operation.
- Knows and follows all safety and security regulations in accordance with Grand Casino’s policy and procedures.
- Must be able to execute and prioritize multiple orders with efficiency, and quality and adhere to food safety practices.
- Must have knowledge and be able to execute in other outlets of Food and Beverage.
- Perform other assigned duties related to this role, contributing to the overall success of the department.

What Qualifies You:
- Two (2) years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with a minimum of one (1) year of cooking experience preferred. Compensation is based on experience.
- Serv-Safe Certification preferred.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
