About the Role:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino's specifications and standards. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, season, and finish all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes.
  • Follow all recipes and production specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times, adhering to state health regulations.
  • Assist in all areas of food production as needed, collaborating with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, and other Associates.
  • Participate in team efforts to ensure an efficiently run operation, prioritizing multiple orders with efficiency and quality.
  • Execute and prioritize tasks according to priorities, adhering to food safety practices.

Requirements:
  • Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with a minimum of one year of cooking experience preferred.
  • Serv-Safe Certification is preferred.
  • Must be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
  • Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
