TThis role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, have mechanical knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

SHIFT: M-F 7-3:45 pm

NOT A FELONY FRIENDLY EMPLOYER.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO APPLY

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system checks.
  • Perform residential painting and other interior and exterior painting tasks as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues using hand tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with occupants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
  • Some Janitorial or Maintenance experience
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in residential painting and familiarity with electrical schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: From $14.50 per hour.
