Handyman Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Handyman with Handyman Connection of Pearland, TX, you will provide basic construction skills for residents and businesses in the area. Your tasks will include bidding work, producing it with great satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide general carpentry services, including rough and finish work
Perform bathroom upgrades and remodels
Refresh and remodel kitchens
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Repair and install flooring
Conduct minor plumbing and electrical work
Offer general home repairs and maintenance services

Requirements:
Possess skills in at least three of the following areas: general carpentry, bathroom upgrades, kitchen refresh, painting, drywall repair, minor plumbing, minor electrical, flooring repair, handyman services
Provide great customer service and client relations
Have knowledge of building codes
Manage materials effectively
Possess a current driver's license and insurance
Have tools, a work vehicle, and good references
Have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp
Possess a smartphone and access to the Internet
