The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish.
BILINGUAL SALES ASSISTANTS/RECRUITERS Expectations:
- High volume recruiting calls - Nationwide
- Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings/interviews based on cross-functional availability for internal and external team players.
- Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations.
- Facilitate operations and recruiting functions—Make daily calls to new candidates, set up interviews, and recruit online and in person as needed. Continuously maintain a pipeline of applicants from various resources.
BILINGUAL SALES ASSISTANTS/RECRUITERS Requirements:
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- 1-2 years experience as a recruiter is preferred but not required; we will train the right person and attitude
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment (MAJOR PLUS)
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skillset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or Photoshop
- Social Media savvy preferred
- Bilingual - Proficient in English and Spanish
