We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Debt Resolution Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, negotiation, and debt settlement.

A Debt Resolution Executive will review your financial situation and assets to help come up with a realistic number to offer when negotiating.  He will help you determine whether negotiating debts is the best option for your financial situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans
  • Educate customers on debt settlement options and provide guidance on the best course of action
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
  • Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

Skills and Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Hourly + Commission (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
