As an Assistant Director, you get to: 
  • Lead Manage school staff by planning work schedules and assisting with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers. 
  • Promote Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community. 
  • Innovate Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment. 
  • Build Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
  • Learn In addition to receiving mentorship from your School Director, you will join a network of Early Childhood Education professionals from over 1,070 Child Care centers and grow

Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare facility.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet state requirements for education/experience to qualify for KS Program Director qualifications up to 100 Children.
