 With Learning Care Group’s Director in Training program, you will receive hands-on training and support from our company’s best and brightest school leaders as you prepare to assume a Director role of your own Center 

As a Director in Training, you get to:

Lead Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers. Promote Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community. Innovate Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment. Build Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. Learn In addition to shadowing your local mentor Directors, you will join a network of ECE professionals from over 1,070 Child Care centers and growing

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field. Florida Director Credential Certificate. Must meet state education and experience requirements for child care director. 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
