  • Screening driver applications.
  • Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
  • Assisting qualified candidates in completing their application.
  • Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
  • Following up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience required.
  • Familiarity with Tenstreet.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
