  • Screening driver applications
  • Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
  • Assisting qualified candidates in completing their application
  • Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements
  • Following up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience required 
  • Familiarity with Tenstreet 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
