Are you a skilled and experienced hardscape professional looking for a leadership opportunity? Our company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hardscape Foreman to join our team. You will play a crucial role in leading a team of 2-3 members to complete various hardscape projects, including building retaining walls, installing patios, and creating beautiful walkways.

What We Need:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced hardscape foreman to join our team. Must be well-organized, reliable, and available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. We need a born leader who can cultivate team growth and drive excellence. This physical role demands outdoor work in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and keen attention to detail. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 2-3 crew members to complete hardscape projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage all aspects of hardscape projects from start to finish, including coordinating materials, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all team members
  • Execute on the job training to keep all team members operating at their full potential

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in hardscaping and landscaping, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and empower team members to excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
