Job DescriptionJob Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Mowing Foreman to join our team. As the Mowing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew of lawn care specialists to ensure that our clients' lawns are maintained to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for managing the equipment, supervising the crew, scheduling work, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Physically Capabilities

  • Use lawn care and snow removal equipment
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
    Able to lift up to 40/50lbs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field preferred – not required
  • Strong knowledge of mowing techniques and lawn care best practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to work safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
