Join our team at the brand new restaurant opening in Beaver, PA - The Grille at Bridgewater Crossing We are a brand new restaurant concept that is in the local Bridgewater area.

Position Summary:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in managing the restaurant staff, maintaining a positive work environment, and working closely with the culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff.
  •  Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  •  Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Operational Excellence:
  •   Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  •    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  •    Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
Customer Service:
  •    Uphold the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  •    Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  •    Train staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
Financial Management:
  •   Monitor and manage budgetary goals, including revenue and expenses.
  •   Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  •    Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
Menu Implementation and Development:
  •   Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the successful implementation of the menu.
  •    Contribute to menu development by providing insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
Marketing and Promotions:
  •  Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  •   Identify opportunities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and implementation.
  • Understanding of financial management and budgetary control.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Certification:
  • Food Safety Certification is a requirement.
