About the Role:
The Processing manager plays a crucial role in overseeing our Tax Preparers, Tax Analysts, Compliance Team, and Case Managers within the servicing department. Your leadership will be key to ensuring that our clients receive the thorough support they need for effective tax resolution. This position requires a strong understanding of tax preparation, solid team management abilities, and a commitment to improving client satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

What You'll Do:
  • Guide and manage teams responsible for reviewing client cases and ensuring the collection of necessary documents for tax filing.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring client contact and document collection are executed according to company standards.
  • Implement continuous training programs to elevate team skills and client satisfaction rates.
  • Address escalated client issues, employing empathy and collaboration to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure team compliance with updated procedures and protocols, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill client needs, enhancing the level of customer service.
  • Identify departmental improvement opportunities, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Need to Have:
  • In-depth experience in preparing various tax forms (1040s, 1065s, 1120, etc.) and familiarity with tax schedules.
  • A proven track record of leading customer service teams, preferably in financial services, consumer lending, or tax relief industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Logics), cloud-based phone software, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to drive decisions that benefit the client and business.

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000.
