About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead project multiple projects ranging size, scheduling, oversee quality control cost control profitability, and effectively manage an Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in construction management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling:
    • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain accurate timelines.
    • Adjust schedules as needed to address delays or unexpected challenges.
  • Quality Control:
    • Oversee the quality of construction work, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Direct and manage an Assistant Project Manager, delegating tasks and mentoring for professional growth.
    • Collaborate with on-site teams, stakeholders, and senior management to align project goals.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure goals are met.
    • Track and document project milestones, progress reports, and change orders.
    • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., DASH, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and team members effectively.
  • Experience overseeing quality control in a construction setting.
