We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Queclink Wireless, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic vision and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering key relationships with decision-makers in target industries. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, conduct market research and analysis, and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target markets, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential customer organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our wireless telematics and GPS devices.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize revenue while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience in B2B or selling solutions is helpful 
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability/ confidence to present to a small group.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
