Ikids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Office Coordinator to manage our dental front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental office and providing outstanding customer service to our patients and their families.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about our dental services
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting required
  • Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in dental office administration is a plus
