Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to targeted vehicle owner lists, engaging potential customers, and driving sales. You will also be assigned qualified leads and will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted vehicle owners, introducing ElitePro Detailing’s services.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored detailing solutions.
  • Follow up on assigned leads, nurturing relationships, and converting them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date on ElitePro Detailing’s services, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
