Job Summary:The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records throughout the manufacturing locations. This position will require flexible hours as training will be on 1st shift (6am-4:30pm). (Temp to hire position). 2nd Shift hours are 4:30pm-3:00am. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and maintains material and inventory levels. Performs cycle counts and records results. 
  • Performs weekly and monthly stock counts for the assigned plant. 
  • Compiles inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply and need for replenishment. Inputs data and generates audit reports. 
  • Process and tracks purchase orders and changes.
 Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management and personnel within the organization.
  • Operating programs: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Amtech, and Crystal Reports.
  • Ability to read and understand packaging design specifications and bills of materials.
  • Ability to research and identify products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
 Education and Experience:
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of corrugated/multi-material expendable and returnable packaging.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
 Physical Requirements: 
  • Ability to walk, stand, kneel, lift, carry, push, and pull. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
