Title of Position: Franchise Training Leader

Job Description:
The Franchise Training Leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing companywide, comprehensive training programs to align with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Franchise Training Leader must have a solid knowledge of training fundamentals focused on high-quality customer service and creative adult learning styles. The Franchise Training Leader will be responsible for updating and organizing all company training programs that help attract talent, retain employees, build leaders, drive performance, and advance skills. The Franchise Training Leader must identify and correct training gaps while managing multiple training initiatives concurrently. In this role, you will ensure that the company’s core values, operating principles, and business strategies are incorporated into all training.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of instructional Design or Training within a restaurant setting is required for the Franchise Training Leader
  • The Franchise Training Leader must be passionate about developing and mentoring others within the operation
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint) and Adobe is a necessity for the Franchise Training Leader
  • The Franchise Training Leader must have familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
  • The Franchise Training Leader must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
