Birmingham:
Carry out daily activities, ensure the safety and physical well-being of the children, maintain daily communication with parents, and work within the childcare team to provide a high-quality summer day camp-type experience

Position: Summer Program Leader - 2nd-6th Grade (FT).

Responsibilities:
  • Kids' age range is 7 years - 12 years of age.
  • Take children on field trips 3 times a week. Extra help support will be on field trips.
  • Plan out daily schedules with activities (crafts, games, etc). Each week has themes that surround the activities.
  • Communicate with parents regarding the needs and behavior of children.

Schedule options are as follows (based on the requested need of hours by the employee):
  • Monday - Friday - 9 - 6 pm. (1-hour lunch break) 40-hour workweek.
  • Monday - Friday - 8 - 5 pm (1-hour lunch break) 40-hour work week.
  • Monday - Friday - 8 - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break)- 42.5 hour work week.
