We're seeking a Learning Guide for a part-time role at Moonrise. Learning Guides are like personal trainers for the mind. They get to know our risers (kids 5+ years old), guide their learning, and help them work through projects and challenges. The most important role of a guide is to engage with our risers and get to know them as unique individuals.

We're looking for guides with specialized experience in:
  • Competitive games (ex. sports, chess, skateboarding)
  • Open-ended building (ex. Minecraft, Lego)
  • Make-believe (ex. role play, costumes)
  • Performing arts (ex. dancing, acting, singing)
  • Arts & crafts (ex. drawing, painting, sewing)

  • Computers (ex. coding, design, game building, animation)
  • Science and engineering (ex. fire, rockets, 3D printing, marine biology, robotics)
  • Nature (ex. forest walks, gardening, foraging)

  • Health & Wellness (cooking, exercise, meditation, yoga)

About the job:
