Resort Construction Worker

Copper Point Group (A Lamoreaux Design & Construction Company) is seeking full-time and part-time Construction Workers and/or Subcontractors for various residential and commercial projects in the Cedar City area.
Responsibilities include:

• Residential and Commercial Buildings and Site Construction.
• New Construction and Remodels.

Desired Construction Skills/Expertise:

• Landscaping, ponds, streams, flowers, shrubs, tree planting.
• Sprinklers and Irrigation systems.
• Metal siding, board and batten siding, metal roofing.
• Heavy log trusses, heavy log/timber framing.
• Framing with dimensional lumber, laminated/glulam beams.
• Drywall hanging, taping, finishing, texturing.
• Insulation, batts, and foam board.
• HVAC installers, particularly electric mini-split heat pump systems.
• Low voltage systems, including smart homes/buildings, wireless and fiber optic networking, and building/site automation.
• Engineered click-type flooring and tilework.
• Bathroom and shower tiling, some exterior tiling.
• Concrete foundations, cutting concrete, flatwork/finishing slabs, sidewalks, and driveways.
• Natural stonework for exterior, fireplaces, and accent walls.
• Natural quartzite stone installation on floors, walls, wainscot, and columns.
