Our staff is motivated by helping neurodivergent children learn life-long skills that will help them thrive in the classroom and beyond. We will help self-motivated people obtain their RBT certificate which results in an immediate $2/hour raise.

We are now hiring for full-time positions to work on Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm shift. Part-time positions are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm or 12:00 pm-4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Play an integral role in the development of children by preparing them for school.
  • Work one-on-one with children aged 2-7 to support their growth and development.
  • Use play therapy and natural environment teaching techniques in a preschool-type setting to increase children’s social skills and independence.
  • Track and document children’s developmental growth and progress.
  • Work with a supportive team to teach children new habits and skills that will prepare them for success in kindergarten and first grade.
  • Receive regular supervision to ensure children meet growth and developmental goals.
  • Perform all physical requirements of this position, which can include walking, running, bending over, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic when working with children to increase their participation.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Arrive on time and prepare to work.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding children’s and families' personal information.
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines of a governing board.
  • Have at least one year’s experience with children.
  • Pass a multistate criminal background check.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a current CPR or BLS certification. Some colleges prefer but not required.
