We average 30 new patients a month We are searching for a professional and fun hygienist to join our team part time. Must be reliable, drama-free, and a willing contributor to a motivated, fast growing office.
- Office hrs M, T, W, Th. 8:30am-5:30pm; 1 hour for lunch.
- 8 hour day: 7-8 patients a day.
- Confidently assess patients for periodontal disease and recommend SRPs as needed.
- Finish & Start appts on time so patients are not waiting.
- Take Intraoral photos and discuss occlusal damage --> discuss how we can help the patient escape from this continual breakdown with clear aligner therapy and occlusal guards
- Echo Dr's treatment plan with patients (clear aligners, occlusal guard, fluoride, etc).
- Be outgoing and personable: quickly connect with patients, be curious about them, and be their oral health "coach".
- Contribute as a team player: assisting other team members if they need help.
- Work without selfish behavior. We work together to grow the office together.
Dr cares very much about supporting each team member. We ensure everyone is successful in their roles so we can grow the office and have fun at the same time.
