As the Pediatric Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our therapy programs, guiding a talented team, and ensuring excellence in service delivery while fostering a collaborative environment among clinical and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Program Oversight: Supervise team leads and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs, ensuring the clinical team receives ongoing professional development. Collaborate with team leads to align initiatives with organizational goals, enhance client outcomes, and foster collaboration across all disciplines and the administrative team.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to all relevant therapy and healthcare regulations and standards while implementing quality assurance protocols to enhance client safety, service delivery, and operational efficiency
 
  • Caseload Management: Maintain a small caseload to remain actively engaged with clients, providing insights into grassroots operations, team dynamics, and individual client needs.
 
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain systems to track and evaluate clinical performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery, client outcomes, and compliance with established standards across all therapy programs.

  Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy
  • Minimum 5-7 years pediatric experience as a treating therapist and 3-5 years management and supervisory experience of therapy programs 
  • Must be able to work Full-time in office, Monday-Friday and be available between 8am-6pm
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance standards, combined with an understanding of relevant laws and best practices in pediatric therapy
  • Proven ability to implement and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in clinical operations, service delivery and client outcomes
  • Strong business acumen and technical proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
