Contract Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff and ensure contract compliance and quality standards.
- Interpret contract specifications, assist in planning, and recommend operational procedures.
- Ensure schedules are met and make independent decisions; seek guidance for complex issues.
- Manage inventory, quality control, and production data; submit payroll and prepare reports.
- Train staff in safety, job functions, and client care; conduct time studies.
- Maintain positive customer relationships, conduct staff meetings, and manage work procedures.
- Promote productivity and ensure a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years old.
- Two years of experience in a production environment with inventory and quality control.
- Two years of supervisory experience in a similar field.
