We are a well-established and rapidly growing organization in the HVAC Industry seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee all new business development and account management in the Orlando and North Florida Region. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven sales professional with experience in the roofing, HVAC or building materials sales industry (or similar).

Responsibilities:
  • Execute account plans to achieve sales goals and business unit growth.
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with existing clientele across multiple channels through onsite customer visits and sales calls.
  • Actively prospect and develop new client opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to meet sales goals, expectations, and deliver sustained results.
  • Take ownership of your assigned sales territories and grow account base.
  • Understand the importance of both following through and following up withclients.
  • Develop a superior knowledge of the product we sell, the company, and understand the KPIs for success in your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with inside sales team to support customers and develop new opportunities.
  • Evaluate and report on competition, their promotions, and products.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of sales experience in roofing, HVAC, or building materials sales (or similar).
  • Regional sales management experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with traveling within assigned region 4 days out of the week.
  • Must live within the territory (Orlando, North Florida Region).

This is a direct hire, high-growth, long term career opportunity offering a base salary plus no cap variable compensation. Starting base pay range is $80K-$90K.
