Front Desk Coordinator

Location: iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has an incredible opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator who will be the welcoming face of our practice As a Front Desk Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure our patients, parents, and guardians feel prioritized and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all front office functions with professionalism and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and families.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.

Education & Experience:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

Skills Required:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with staff and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and eagerness to learn new programs as needed.
