 Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Android engineers in designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, architect, and deliver new features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices for Android development, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to create delightful user experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and Android updates
 Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Android Engineer or similar leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with Android development using Kotlin.
  • Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose for building modern, reactive UIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Android platform, architecture components, and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with a recent focus on Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio of Android applications on the Google Play Store.
