The Timesheet Support Specialist will be responsible for accurately monitoring schedules, time entry, and approving timesheets for employees. In addition, ensuring all employee work hours are properly documented and submitted timely for payroll and billing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor employee work hours accurately.
  • Review timesheets weekly/biweekly to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify proper pay with overtime.
  • Review and approve time clock entries and maintain audit trails.
  • Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity.
  • Understand and be able to decipher pay requirements set by relevant state laws.
  • Ensure timesheet entries/submittals are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze employee time and attendance data and quickly identify discrepant information.
  • Manage and track timekeeping related activities and updates.
  • Maintain reports on employee time, absences, and turnover rate.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration with sales, recruiting, payroll and HR teams.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Timekeeper or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using timekeeping software and tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
