Job Description: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and Medical Spa Assistant (Must speak Vietnamese and English fluently)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized LVN who will fulfill LVN responsibilities and Medical Spa Assistant position to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls (Vietnamese and English), managing schedules and appointments, interacting with and provide IV services to clients, supporting medical providers/doctors when they see patients or perform procedures, maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Completion of state-approved Vocational Nurse program
  • Current LVN License
  • Strong knowledge of basic medicine and medical equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to keep patient information confidential
  • Basic computer and record keeping skills
  • Consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality
  • Tentative availability requirement - Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Medical Spa's schedule to arrange appointments and services for clients and patients. 
  • Answer phone calls, explain services, provide pricing of services to customers. 
  • Communicate with healthcare providers on their upcoming services or clients. 
  • Communicate and confirm appointments with clients via online tools as well as phone calls and texts. 
  • Implements and evaluates patient care while performing nursing procedures to treat patients; Performs documentation according to client’s policy.
  • Assures that the safety and physical comfort of the patient are met.
  • Performs nursing procedures for which his or her training has provided the necessary skills and judgment.
  • Assists patients according to the care plan directed by the physician.
  • Educate patients on pre and post care protocols.
  • Performs IV treatments and assist healthcare providers with treatment procedures.
  • Monitors patients’ conditions and assess their vital signs, noting any physical or mental decline and reporting back to the doctor.
  • Assist team with marketing efforts such as posting on social medias and explaining packages to customers and patients.
