FileBank, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team. The AR Clerk will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including but not limited to: 
Responsibilities: 
  • Collections: Initiate and manage collection calls for outstanding balances. 
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, invoices, and account balances via email and phone. 
  • Account Management: Process monthly statements, calculate and apply late fees, and apply customer payments and credits. 
  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records. 

Qualifications: 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Experience in Sage 50 Accounting a plus
  • Experience in accounts receivable or collections preferred
