Collision Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Communicate with customers to explain repair processes, estimate costs, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Liaise with insurance companies to negotiate repair estimates and ensure timely claims processing.
- Schedule appointments, manage appointments, and coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Maintain organized records of customer information, repair estimates, invoices, and insurance documentation.
- Assist with general office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with the repair team to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a collision estimator or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of collision repair techniques, parts, and labor costs.
- Proficiency in using computerized estimating systems (e.g., CCC ONE, Audatex, Mitchell).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare comprehensive repair estimates.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
