  • 6+ years of experience working in an Auto Body Shop.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
  • Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written.
  • Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for following proper repair procedures and performing all refinish procedures.
  • To complete quality work, use air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc.
  • Manage & control materials cost, maximizing usage and inventory.
  • Follow all Axalta paint manufacturing guidelines.
  • Spray test panels for each vehicle to ensure the color match.
  • Assist in prep work when necessary.
  • Ensure all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly has been reassembled before returning the vehicle to the body tech.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the business successfully.
