As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, order accuracy, and overall front-of-house efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Service:
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Team Supervision and Training:
  • Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Order Accuracy and Efficiency:
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation and delivery.
  • Implement strategies to reduce wait times, enhance throughput, and streamline the ordering process.

Quality Assurance and Cleanliness:
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and drive-thru.
  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain Chick-fil-A's high service and cleanliness standards.

Shift Coordination:
  • Coordinate with Back of House Team Leaders and other team members to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift.

Guest Feedback:
Gather and respond to guest feedback to make real-time improvements in service and operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
