 Job Description:  The Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental car needs. The ability to provide world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include building rapport and upselling customers on additional features and benefits.  Qualifications:  Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. This position requires strong multitasking. The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections. Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
