Job DescriptionAs a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores within your region. Your key responsibilities include:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure each store operates efficiently, meets cleanliness standards, achieves budget and sales targets, and aligns with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events.
- Leadership and Development: Hire, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers, cultivating a strong and cohesive management team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper stock levels, cleanliness, and operational integrity.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, providing regular reports and insights to Senior Management.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, time management, financial acumen, analytical thinking, decision-making, and superior communication skills.

Qualifications
- Availability to support restaurant operations as needed.
