To meet these new challenges, we are looking for highly motivated and ambitious candidates to become a team member and join our organization to help us continue to grow. General Laborer Responsibilities and Duties
  • Performs a variety of assigned routine, manual tasks; digs holes and trenches utilizing hand tools and plow.
  • Assist boring foreman as needed
  • Must be physically able to perform all aspects of the installation process.
  • Must follow directions from foreman.
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy and honest.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull equipment and supplies weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to dig and perform other manual tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Measurements of Performance:This position is evaluated on the following factors:
  • Profitability (TBD)
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Inventory Control-Loss prevention results
  • Number and/or severity of employee’s safety/injury issues
  • Attitude with customers, division personnel, peers, and management
  • Successful completion of scheduled work
  • Attendance and being On Time to shop or job site
