Job Description: Medical Spa Coordinator (Must be speak Vietnamese fluently to apply)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Spa Coordinator (Vietnamese fluent) to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, interacting with clients, supporting medical providers, maintaining cleanliness, driving sales, coordinating schedules, and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using our booking system. Make adjustments as needed to maximize booking efficiency.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Give our clients a 5 star experience
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support for Medical Providers: Assist medical providers with client care, ensuring smooth operations during treatments and procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell packages, services, and retail products to meet sales targets.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules of medical providers and staff to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with the manager and owners regarding daily operations, client feedback, and staff performance.
  • Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote services, events, and specials.

Requirements:
  • Be able to speak Vietnamese and English fluently 
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role; spa or medical office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work any time and day (Mon-Sat)
