Summary: We are seeking a diligent professional to handle the creation of work orders, conduct investigative tasks, and manage customer interactions across various channels. The role involves updating Excel spreadsheets and maintaining effective communication with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Position Info:
  • Title: Administrative Support Specialist
  • Client: American Water
  • Duration:  12 Months Contract 
  • Location:  100 Walter A. Gaines Way Lawnside, NJ 08045 

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage work orders for various projects.
  • Conduct investigative work to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate data.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to address their concerns and provide support.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
