Home Health Care Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

• This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance.
• You will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to clients, using your nursing skills and critical thinking abilities to address their unique needs.
• You will work in a small geographical territory, visiting 5-6 clients per day and delivering skilled nursing interventions, education, and supportive care.
• You will perform client assessments, provide education to patients and their families, and monitor clients' conditions to ensure the highest level of care.

Requirements:

• A current nursing license in good standing
• One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required
• Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed but not necessary
