Position Overview:The main function of the Ecommerce Coordinator is to support dealerships when they have an issue on the estore with an order, payment, etc.  This hybrid position requires you to report in-office to Warren, MI one day a week.

Department Overview:
The department manages the ecommerce store that is the mechanism for dealers to order accessories to distributors. This is also the application used by dealers to manage e commerce orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • May recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years project management experience.
  • Experience working with automotive dealerships is a huge plus

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to operate a computer by navigating different windows and programs, typing into applications, reviewing, and comprehending information within software programs; Engaging in problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking as needed. You’ll handle up to 50 lbs. and move materials.
