We are here to create healthier lifestyles and build community. At CKO Kickboxing we strive to make our member’s visit THE BEST HOUR OF THEIR DAY.
Sales Associates support Owners/Operators and Lead Sales Associates in all “front of the house” operations, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals, which include membership sales, retail sales and customer retention, all while delivering THE BEST customer service. Sales Associates must be able to confidently articulate in a compelling and authentic way the CKO value story and educate guest’s on how it aligns with their goals and fitness objectives.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Sales
- Exceed daily Key Performance Indicator targets and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain an effective referral strategy.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, quality assurance calls, and customer service calls daily as defined in the Club Ready CRM system.
- Liaise with Instructors to ensure we deliver on our CKO promise and a smooth sales process/onboarding process is fulfilled.
- Conduct orientations and studio tours with prospects and first-time guests.
Operations:
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive experience. Deliver on our CKO Promise - Make it the BEST HOUR OF THEIR DAY
- Participate in 2 CKO Classes a week during the shift as long as targets are met. Be able to speak from experience regarding instructor backgrounds, style and various class offerings.
- Respond immediately and professionally to member requests, inquiries and concerns via voicemail, email and social media pages. Follow up using critical thinking skills to see through to resolution. Be empowered to solve problems and work independently.
- Conduct proper onboarding of all CKO clients. Ensure correct completion of all documents, agreements and forms for studio compliance.
- Be present for team meetings. Contribute by discussing strengths and areas of opportunity. Stay current with promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Complete all required training and related assignments.
Cleanliness:
- Studios are to maintain a level of cleanliness compliant with both local government and corporate standards.
- Sales Associate must maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby and front desk areas, as well as bathrooms, showers, retail area, and fitness room as defined by the staff responsibility and studio cleaning checklist.
- Additional duties outside of the scope of this description may be necessary to perform during the studio’s response to COVID-19, before and after reopening.
Qualifications:
- Must be passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals-In person and over-the-phone sales experience preferred
- Boxing and/or martial arts experience a plus
- Solid communication skills required
- Ability to multitask
- Team player attitude
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed to fit the studio needs including early morning, evening, and/or weekend hours. CKO is open 364 days a year from 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $16.00 per hour + Depending on Experience
