  • You would be responsible for the day-to-day activities with the children in the classroom. 
  • We are actively learning with our children all day and want someone who isn't afraid to sit on the floor and play. 
  • We observe and interact with children during play to inform our lesson planning to ensure maximum learning benefits for the children in our care. 
  • We are not "babysitters". We are actively engaged with our children at all levels, working to make sure they meet developmental milestones.
  • We partner with our parents to make sure the child is getting the best start in life.
  • We are an Early Head Start partner program. We have a coach that helps staff with classroom goals.
