Position Overview:
We seek a skilled and experienced Auto Glass Installer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in auto glass installation, a passion for quality work, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise installation of auto glass, including windshields, door glass, sunroofs, and regulators & motors.
- Conduct both in-shop and mobile services with a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure inventory received meets our quality standards before installation.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds throughout the day.
- Provide calibration services when necessary (experience in calibration is a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Installer Technician.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
