Do you have a passion for hospitality and Proven experience as a manager in a high-end, fine-dining restaurant? We are looking for an experienced Event Manager with a background in fine dining event coordination in the restaurant industry. 
The Events Manager will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of event operations and assist with various administrative tasks. As a hands-on member of the Management team, this person will also be an active participant as a floor manager, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and financial acumen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Manager with administrative tasks in booking private dining events, including, but not limited to corporate, social, and promotional events
  • Act as the private event liaison within the Operations team, presenting daily events activity at lineup as needed
  • Oversee and plan the execution of all private events, from weekly BEO reads to the setup and breakdown of events
  • Maintain private dining marketing collateral (sales packets, photos, floor plans, etc.) and update as needed
  • Monitor accuracy of printed menus, supporting documents, POS system and revise when necessary
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency in event management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all employees are following restaurant policies and procedures
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
  • Other duties as assigned
